At Labels Resale Boutique, we want you to love your pre-loved finds, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for store credit or exchange on all eligible items. Please ensure all original boutique tags remain attached and the items are in the same condition as when they left our store.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal or contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels, authenticity cards, and boutique tags are included and intact.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or visit our physical boutique for an in-person return.
Receive Store Credit
Once our quality control team inspects the items, your store credit will be issued via email within 3-5 business days to use on your next luxury find.
